I’m Sylvia, I’m 26 years of age, and I am a health and fitness enthusiast.
Way back then, it never came into my mind to become a blogger someday specifically in a health-related niche. I haven’t had any interest in health and fitness, but everything had changed when I became seriously unhealthy a few years ago.
My diet contained endless binge eating in big food chains in the city. I have been eating takeaway pizzas, junk foods, sodas and so on. I knew in my mind that I had to make a change in my lifestyle as it is no longer healthy, and I might end up getting a severe illness like Diabetes, or kidney problems.
It took me several months to finally kick-start and make a healthy living. I was so anxious about my health, that’s why I end up having a sedentary lifestyle before it’s going to be late.
Fast forward to at present, I have now a healthy figure, and I can certainly say that this is the healthiest and fittest condition of my life! I was able to attain this by taking care of myself and keeping a healthy, and balanced lifestyle, which I am sharing here in my blogs.
It was so hard for me to change my lifestyle, but I have to. With determination and hard work, everything is indeed possible. I am still tempted to eat everything in sight now; however, with motivation and consistency, I can fight those overwhelming feelings toward foods.
